Francis J. Schroeder 

Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Frank Schroeder has been in the security industry for over forty years.  Prior to launching INESCO International, Frank founded VATEC, a security systems integration company. VATEC installed the integrated security system for Air Force One, conducted projects for the White House and a variety of other high-value classified/restricted area projects. Prior to VATEC, Frank worked at the Central Intelligence Agency for 20 years where he was Deputy Director for the Office of Technical Services and retired as a member of the Senior Intelligence Service. Frank was awarded the Intelligence Medal of Merit among several other awards for exceptional service to the intelligence community and United States.
